You said all I have to say, is that I don't do music, not at all in any form...but I love to write, so much stuff up in this wee lil' head of mine and I just want to get it out and on paper,,I hum it, sing it to myself.
The moment you hum or sing it to yourself you are doing music. Not a finished product but the start. I am atrocious at guitar but trying to improve but I cannot imagine writing lyrics without some kind of music going through my mind (humming or singing) to give me metering and a sense of direction.
