Hey John, Great news ! Yes, gotta aggree, if the body is fit, so is the mind. If I'm down, I do vigorous excercise. It doesn't take long to shake off the downer feeling. Also, the occasional multivitamin and minerals. You never know what you may be lacking in your diet. Don't take too many though. As the body excretes excess vitamins to what it needs, it can equate to very expensive urine.  cheers, niteshift
