There is a case right now in Jackson, MS where a woman is on trial for killing a woman and her unborn child. Seems this lady was having an affair with the murdered woman's fiance.
The Scott Peterson case in another example. This is from an online article: On March 16, 2005, Peterson was sentenced to death and is on death row in San Quentin State Prison. He has not admitted any guilt.
