Kay-Lynn, you can achieve that just the way you wrote it. At the end of your lyric line you add the backing vocal text in brackets "( )", not "[ ]". If you want the background vocals sung in harmony, you should add "layered harmonies" or "harmony vocals" to the style section of Suno. That works for me almost every time.
