DDonald Trump was convicted on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree by a New York jury. The verdict stemmed from a scheme to conceal a hush-money payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election. Details of the conviction The Scheme: In October 2016, Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, paid Daniels $130,000 to keep her silent about an alleged sexual encounter with Trump. The Cover-up: After Trump became president, he reimbursed Cohen through a series of payments made in 2017. The Trump Organization falsified business records by labeling these reimbursements as legal expenses. The Felony Charge: In New York, falsifying business records is a felony if it is done to "aid or conceal the commission of another crime". The other crime, in this case, was an illegal conspiracy to influence the 2016 election through unlawful means, such as concealing negative information from voters. The Verdict: After hearing testimony from 22 witnesses and reviewing documents, the jury found Trump guilty on all 34 counts on May 30, 2024. You are like debating a teenager. There is no depth to anything that you write. It's gotten boring. There is not even any intellectual consistency to what you write. You will be saving the whales in one thread and killing the whales in another. You are a child-like search for an argument. I would suggest that you look hard at the overall circumstance and what was done to craft these felony charges for a fuller understanding of what all went on. But you have never shown any inclination to do anything beyond superficiality. They said that Trump went to Russia and paid whores to piss on a bed where Obama slept. Do you believe that? It was part of a presidential impeachment. Personally, I think that he did Stormy Daniels. I think most people think he did. But we looked at Trump and the machine that was trying to destroy him and decided that the machine was much more dangerous than Trump. Your statement was he was NOT convicted of anything. I suggest you think a little

"Defeatist Pessimists and Rose Colored Glasses Optimists are lonely companions, victims even. Both ideologies imply predestined outcomes, and therefore breed inactivity in its victims. Inaction is the only sure way to lose at anything in life. All positive action guarantees at least a fighting chance." -Brian Austin Whitney
