It's obvious that you dont care, because you hate Trump and it doesn't matter to you what is done or disregarded to take him down...you will be fine with it.

But now NY has to live in a world where someone can be sued 24 years after a crime has taken place with no physical evidence, only he-said-she said testimony and heresay of friends.
And a group of witnesses who are also he-said-she-said, with no physical evidence to back their claims. No DNA, No witnesses, No video, No nothing.

Such is why Statutes of Limitations exist.

If you go back 100 years, those are all the elements of a mock trial and a lynching.

Could this trial and outcome happen in Omaha, Dallas or even Cincinnati? I doubt it.

Trump may have done it. Trump may not have done it.
The only thing that can be said for sure is that there is not one instance of physical evidence proving that he was even there.

The American voters saw that and didn't like it. They decided that whatever actually happened, Trump is less of a threat to their well being than the political machine that was trying to destroy him. TAKEAWAY#1.
