Lets just be logical better gun laws control who gets them , Ok sell assault rifles , seems silly , 30 30 will kill a deer Lol... M16, 5.56mm, 23.5gr 30-30, 7.62mm, 30gr A full auto 30-30 would be awesome! But, I wouldn't sell one to: 1- Anyone without a High School diploma 2- Anyone with a history of mental illness or drug abuse (including Ritalin) 3- Anyone with a history of antisocial/bullying behavior (including social media) 4- Anyone without a verifiable home address 5- Anyone without proper (military style) education and training 6- Anyone unsure of their natural physical identity (human male/female) regardless of race 7- Anyone from California
