A singer says she has a very loud voice & thinks this will cause problems when she comes to record in my studio.
I have a Nuemann TLM 103, an AKG Solidtube, a Sennheiser 421, a Shure SM57 and a kick drum/Tuba/bass mic
Does anyone reading this think it really could be a problem?

Won't be a problem with a good mic pre and working with distance from the mic.

Shouldn't be a problem, as long as you keep the "good crystal" locked away!!
(Sorry, couldn't resist!!)

Get one of those round pop screens (basically, a piece of black pantyhose stretched over a wooden ring). Place it between the singer and the mic, allowing enough distance from the mic so that the singer can't get too close. This will prevent overloading the mic, will reduce proximity effect and keep everything smooth. These screens aren't too expensive...$20 or so.
If the singer "explodes" (sings a very loud note or phrase every now and then), you might want to use a bit of limiting when you track. Be careful....you can't "undo" whatever goes to tape, so be certain you are happy with the result.

You have two good vocal mics there, but if all else fails use the 421. It takes a close gun shot to overload one of these.
