I must say that sounds pretty damn real , I'm not sure how in the real business world contracts and % on splits would work if its generated thru that site good luck man
That doesn't matter . You wouldn't be using this recording as your product. what you would do is fre record it, as you would any demo.
I mean the singer on this sounds like Steven Tyler.
even if I performed this myself, as is, it would still be different cause I sing different, my phrasing would be different. The whole sound would be different.
Plus while my lyric was used to form that melody, it's pretty similar to my original melody. It took me hours to get a version that was close.
Id say it's 50 percent similar to my melody.
and 100% my lyric.
As u said over and over and over again. This is a reference. Just like your demos that your paid people to put together, they are not your product.
In the end, your product is you. You need your own style, your own sound, your own pov .
When I'm done with this, it will be 100% Dom, the. Again it never really is, you always need help from musicians, producers etc
Taylor swift sings in their own? Good, but without world class musicians and producers, she ain't selling millions of records.
Taylor swift sings in their own? Good, but without world class musicians and producers, Correct , Session players , That's what I do in my little music career You're not correct on its not my product , Session players are hired guns . they don't own rights to my songs. Like I mentioned... I'm not sure using AI does in selling songs , if that's your goal . A music attorney might be wise if you get in the situation . I imagine Liz Rose was paid in some round about way when she taught Taylor how to write songs , when she was 14 or whatever age she was being in Nashville. Her dad is a very successful stockbroker, Maybe he fronted the costs , I'm not sure .

She was very very lucky. But the point was, she couldn't sell millions of records without allot of help.
And I think she's very talented, but you still need a team to make great records
This is a team that's accessible to anyone. Will it catapult anyone to stardom? No, will it offer a glimpse of what could be? Maybe
No doubt there , but she's also very smart in biz . It probably stems from her dad , also she's supported by her mother She's not a wild pop star and drugs. I did listen to Swift on Spotify on my andorid phone in the car yesterday for a 2 hour drive I thought you have to pay $9.95 a month for that privilege. Who knows. This caught my attention yesterday , smooth as silk

Yeah, but her songs mattered to young girls, and I agree she probably wrote like that by design.
But she offers a product in her records that nobody could afford except the bigs.
if you have a band, you can go on the road and build a following that way, most fail, but as a songwriter what are your options?
Back to your song , the writing is superb , The demo could work on a pitch You could talk to Brent on the real music biz world Brent , I sing like a horse.... play like one, too. So I stick to lyrics! (Know your strengths!). Ha Ha https://songwritingpro.com/members/profile/231

Fdem, maybe I can learn something here from you. How do you measure in percent the similarities of melodies? 50% means every second tone was identical to your original or was it maybe every second chord? I always thought if a melody is not the same, it's different. If someone writes a melody that is 50% similar to mine, do I get 50% of his songwriting credits? To me this sounds like total nonsense. Can you please explain this similarity thing a bit more in detail?
As a unknown writer its not uncommon to get bad publishing deals , if your your lucky its a 50/50 split with a publisher , No idea how that would work using robots , Could be just considered just a demo , robot or live session players. I know one thing its a relationship biz , you can't act like Kayne West . How many rock bands cut outside songs in % rates compared to country artists ? No idea really in 2024. You're not going to fall in love with the word (pass) , that's for sure , its a nice way of saying no.
