Fdem, sorry, but I don’t get the point you’re making here. You say “it’s close”. Close to what? Are you saying these songs are close? To me they are totally different. They have the same lyrics and the same song structure, but that’s about all they have in common. If you put la-la-las on top of your lyrics in both tracks you will notice that the songs have a different chord sequence, different melodies, etc. These are totally different songs with the same lyrics. Why do you want to sue Udio? Because the used your lyrics in two songs? Sorry, but I don’t get it. I actually like the first demo better than the second one.

I actually like my version better, and that annoying singer which is popular these tines I wouldn't say they are totally different. The bridge is .. mainly because I set mine up to change keys . Soi I couldn't really find a bridge close to mine I mean the sound is different mine is a scratch d no It's very similar, they hold the goooioid st sports, which I don't really like, I tried 20 times to get exact phrasing Buts it clear it's on the same wave length And I agree I like mine better. This just gives me a fast full demo of it Demos take time and work. Suing udio was a joke. But it's to show the song exists before udiio. If you go in with a full song it's gonna give better results

Fdem, if you take out the lyrics these songs are totally different, not just the bridge but the other parts as well. Just because they use similar instruments doesn't mean they are similar in regards to the songwriting. I don't know what you mean with "on the same wave length". I always thought if a melody is not the same, it's different. If someone else wrote that second song with different lyrics I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have to give you any credits. But, feel free to think differently.

But, feel free to think differently. I wrote the song, I have my own take on it. I'm also a musician and singer, I don't know why your arguing about this. Melody, is a combination of rhythm and pitch. If you were to take the melody of any song and sing the same note all the way through, but with the same rhythm of the notes. It would be rhythmically similar or the same, even if the notes were different . Udio is not singing the same notes, but it's is similar in rhythm. The point was, the lyrics have a rhythm to them, and they are using that to form the melody, and to form an emotion. You're right, the chords are different, the harmony is different. But the rhythm, particularly of the verse is very similar. It's a staccato type of melody. In this song, I think mine is better, but if My point is lost on you , so be it. You can think however you want
