Just a Fackin Lurker
I know you're there, Sid Seventy six and still a kid I can almost hear you talkin Sayin where'd they all go walking, to
The booze it wears, Sid There ain't a damn thing on Tv Ain't cool enough for Facebook Sex ain't what used to be , so
You come here every day and night Check if something you said, was right Instead you see a freak and a smirker I got news for you my friend,
You're just a fackin Lurker A creepy all night jerker Think you'll find a memory Instead a hack and a twirker Better find youurself before you go much further Do yiu wanna be remembered as a lurker?
If the goal was to repeat “lurker” in as many ways as possible without saying anything new, then mission accomplished. Unfortunately, it doesn’t really go beyond that. The lines feel recycled, the insults aren’t particularly creative, and the whole thing reads more like a rough rant than an actual lyric. The typos are a nice touch too—really adds to the “didn’t bother polishing this” vibe.

Knew he couldnt contain himself.
First of all they aren't insults they are reality, its very creepy to be here reading 15 year old threads.
Secondly you are in the top 5 bad song writers here, and that's a terrible group to be in. And you try to insult somebody wayyyuuy better than your hacky selt
Thirdly in 2 minutes I write something more interesting and different than you ever gave.
Nobody tells you, either they don't know any better or they just prefer yiu to walk around with a kick me sign.
Were you asking for feedback or why did you post your lyric here? If you don't want anybody to respond, don't post in the first place. Yeah, twice in the chorus - but the whole thing is still the same idea over and over. If that’s all you took from the critique, you kinda proved my point. You call this interesting? Yeah, it really looks like it was written in two minutes. That explains all the typos.

No, I was posting it there cause that's where lurkers lurk
Rob you cant attempt to criticize anybody writing you are atrociously bad.
I gave feedback on your 2-minute lyric, not you. If you can’t separate the two, that’s on you. I pointed out issues in the writing. You responded with spelling errors and insults—kinda proves my point.
Come together.... Not used as a double extendre like Beatles and a garbage lyric and tune.
Write it anyway...
Oh gèeeeeee, fascinating
You listed just two songs. "Come Together" is not a Beatles copy. "Write It Anyway" is a collab song. How many collab songs have you written? Of course, you won't won't respond.

Still awful and telling that you cant tell difference
Yeah, that song was really memorable. I composed the music. I recorded all the instruments. I recorded vocals in my studio. And several vocalists asked if they could sing it for me. What issues do you have with that one?

I dimt collab because nobody is any good, like yourself, im asked all the time, back when this place was hot I was asked all the time, mainly cause they wanted me singing.

But that's why this thread was started
Got it. People asked you all the time if you collaborate with them but you said no because you were too good. Wow. Can I hear something you sang on your own?
Guy doesn't even respond to you, think he's had it too
You think you know everything, don't you. Did you ever ask Guy if we've communicated? Ask him. Guy is from Toronto. Years ago we exchanged our first emails. He's a nice guy.
This conversation is getting boring. Do you have a recording with your vocals?
Dom, here's another example... A video clip of me singing a song I co-wrote. I recorded all the instruments and vocals myself:
I know you're going to say that song is bad but do you have videos of you singing or performing any of your great songs? Dom, come on! Show you are more than just a bag of hot air.
I'm not going away! Tony and I challenged you. Come on Dom, where is a song from you? A song without AI. I want to hear or see you sing! So many people want you to sing for them. Where can I find a demo? Here's another one from me. I composed the music and recorded all the instruments. This is another collab: Come on. If you are such a great songwriter you must have at least one demo you can share with us.

You didn't understand what I just said.
Who am I performing to? You simply want to appeal to somebody hete who will take tiur side.
Come on Dom, show us what you are capable of doing! This is getting boring. You wrote above "Will see what I do with it". You must have completed one song and recorded it. Or are you pure AI-oriented?
Here's another one from me. As you can see all instruments and vocals from me, myself and I. You claim I put everything in Suno. Dom, this is not Suno:

Right, this is not a contest, this is not an appeal to people who sympathize with yiu.
Anybody good already knows. Now ask, do you know...
This is me with Andrew Gold: In his Studio in Studio City near Hollywood. Have you ever heard of Andrew. He wrote songs like: Lonely Boy Thank You For Being A Friend Never Let Her Slip Away and many, many more. Did you ever collaborate with anybody we might know? Bruce?
Right, this is not a contest, this is not an appeal to people who sympathize with yiu.
Man, I wish you could write correct English. No, this is not a contest. It's a challenge! Tony and I posted non-AI material. Tony is one of the best songwriters on this site. I know you claim you are too. Show us you are. Dom, what can you really do? Are you just a lyricist. Hey, if that is the case, that's ok. If you're good at writing lyrics ... great. You've been claiming you can do much more. I'd love to hear something.... anything.

Lol, not even Bob Dylan has collabed with Bruce..he has done it bit not often
I don't like collabing. I did it many years ago, but its always somebody like yiu, weak lyrics, weak melodies.
I have collabed with Mark Kaufmann here, Mark was a really good artist that used to frequent here.
But I dint see that as a measuring stick, it really just means you dont feel confident in some part of the process.
I know I do lyric and melody, well, I do singer songwriter pretty well im not a really good guitar player any more. But im good enough to accompany myself.
Im a bad piano player, a decent bass player, decent drummer, great air drummer.neber a good engineer
I do collabs best when a track is presented and I write over it, I think i did simethijg like that with Mike Caro here, which he really liked.
Bottom line is I know where I stand. If something ends up not being good, it usually disappears. I guarantee I have more partial sings, scrapped sings and never really started songs, than anyone here combined.
And the only time I have compared myself to anyone is 9n these fackin forums, because it becomes something beyond the music.
Im not better than millions of other musician's, writers, singers.
So its certainly not a competition.
But craft is something knowable and judgeable. What we like or domt is something different.
Great Dom. You've done a lot of collabs. Share something with us. I'd love to hear something. You do collabs best when a track is presented and you rude over it. What is that?
Are you saying you don't have one single track that you can share with us?
Here's a song I wrote 100% on my own when I was a teenager. I played all the instruments myself and recorded lead and backing vocals: https://soundclick.com/song/7046088 You don't have anything you can share with us? You claim you are such a great songwriter and you have only AI songs you can share? Dom, are you pulling my leg?
Great Dom. You've done a lot of collabs. Share something with us. I'd love to hear something. You do collabs best when a track is presented and you rude over it. What is that?
Is English your first language? Did you read what I wrote or do you B paraphrase me just to continue this spotlight for rob show?
Did I say i did alot of collabs?
I seriously question your intelligence
Your song where you sing is horrendous. Bad lyrics bad melody pitchy dorky singing, samples from toontrack, you swinging your giant head around like your tom Jones LMAO
Im sorry, I didn't wanna go there, but you just know no other way.
Yeah, I speak English and a couple of other languages. What languages do you speak? Yeah, you did say a lot of collabs. I know you don't like my songs. Tony and I challenged you. Let us hear something! I'm sorry Dom, but if you don't have a single song you can share with us ... that kind of underlines my opinion of you. I think I'm with Tony. I'm done... and I think you are too.

Show me where I said i did alot of collabs.
You dont get to create your own story nobody else sees.
I said i don't like doing them. Not sure how u twisted.
Ok, I get it. You've got the greatest songs I've ever heard. But you're not willing to share any songs you previosly wrote. I'd love to comment your songs. But, you don't have any... You're a total waste of time.
As the activity on this site dwindles, this thread is what a troll looks like when he is being starved for arguments and acrimony.
With his usual easy-accessible, go-to sources for engaging discord and acrimony drying up, Dom desperately attempts to create new sources of troll food by calling out people's names who want nothing to do with him...hoping to get an argument going...to feed his sad little being.
Dom is a pathetic little creature to watch, but it is good to see his efforts drying up.
And I see that his kindred-spirit JAPOV dropped in hoping to feed on what Dom's stirs up.
Enjoy it while it lasts Dom and Tony. You have turned JPF.com into the two-pathetic-trolls.com and you are choking it out.
Ps...I thought you quit this place again Dom.
Oh, you can't quit, but the site is quitting you.
No Problem...if you and Tony drive this site to extinction, you can just move over to MUSE. Oh, but you can't, because you are banned from there.
Dom has been saying he's going to a studio for 10 years now . So when does this miracle occur ? Then there's always Hitler Tony . I guess the sites good for a few laughs . Well gotta practice and waste more money . on Ghost studios and crack jokes about fucking robots that everyone gets offended on like the things alive
We’re all built from the same dust and dreams, Different roads, but the same means.

They are on to you over there...ACE.
Why don't you shut up you big dummy.
Don't make me come overr to Muse and leave yiu with no ppace to play.
Now we've heard enough lip from you right, big dummy.
You are hitting the point of diminishing-returns by calling out my name.
Imagine a guy fishing off a pier at the ocean in the middle of the day. He catches a fish, reels it up, un-hooks it, and drops it on to the pier's hot surface. The fish is thrashing and flipping because it is surviving of the the residual oxygen in it's body. When that runs out...it's over.
You are that fish Dom. Your oxygen is the residual acrimony that you can gin-up to survive off of at this site. Tony is another fish thrashing on that pier.
But participation here is diminishing...primarily because of you and Tony.
I have found a site where I can put up songs, make an occasional comment in any manner that I choose as long as it is polite...and will not be pointlessly harassed by trolls and mental cases, who are allowed to run loose...by moderators who don't do what is necessary to protect their own property.
In fact you and Tony are banned by that other site. What a coincidence?
And I take the other site for what it is and what I am.
If I had ever been in a circumstance, in which, a real A-list music producer said that he wanted to use one of my songs, but with changes, I would respond, "tell me what you want and I will endeavor to get it done for you."
But here on this forum, some amateur-hobbyist-scrub named Dom with no real experience whatsoever wants to dictate to me and others how our songs should be written according to his scrub sensibilities. That is ridiculous.
And when Dom the scrub is rejected, then he pursues his only true skill-set which is insults and arguments...which is the primary reason for his participation.
And also the primary reason that interaction on this site is fading.
Call my name if you like, but I am becoming much less likely to respond...because my responses are your oxygen.

I wish ud get out of here, and let the stench dissipate, you just cant seem to do it

Ahemmmn... I'm 60y/o. Both my parents are musicians and still play gospel. I've been writing and recording with makeshift home equipment since the 8th grade, 1979. My first real stereo cassette recorder was a CRAIG from Montgomery Ward.

You don't have shoeboxes full of cassette tapes with bits and pieces of hundreds of songs.
Some never heard from ahson, others died.
I also have several hard drives with tins of music of me doing my stuff. But im not able to gain access to them.
Never got good recordings but the volume of stuff pretty amazing.
And im still writing new ones.
I really have no need to write again, I have enough material to work on until judgement day
I guarantee I have more partial sings, scrapped sings and never really started songs, than anyone here combined.
You've written "never really started" songs? Can you explain what that is? What do they sound/look like? Is a blank piece of paper a "never really started" song?
Dom, yes, I can guarantee that you've written more "never really started" songs than I have ... and probably anyone here combined.

correct. You not being a musician, and probably not able to relate.
But you using toontrack piano, and pretending to be playing in that video is about as tacky as I've seen yet.
But musicians start with. A riff, a motif, a beat, a groove,.a title a vibe...
I have hundreds of songs that I never finished after that initial burst.
You cant relate because you don't create anything, your software does and now Ai.
But even so, if you had something good nobody would care

You don't do nothing but push buttons and take glory for robots , If you cut them in a studio then you can bark you actually did something. Takes ambition to get the studio , not talk you will ,
Yes Marty and I are on other site and try to avoid this place , I'm surprised Robs in this nonsense

Ben, I’ve been checking out that other site too. It’s clearly more structured and tightly moderated, which has its advantages. That said, for me it can feel a bit too controlled at times. I understand why it’s set up that way, but I personally find more creative energy in a place where people can be a bit more spontaneous and expressive and show more character. This site definitely has its issues — no question — but when things click, there’s a kind of honesty and real collaboration here that I haven’t quite found elsewhere. And I have to admit that I love to collaborate with other songwriters. That's where I learn the most. It's not just about songwriting. It's about actively working with someone else - someone who might have a completely different mindset - to create something new. So I guess it comes down to what you’re looking for. I’m still here because I enjoy those moments when something real and creative happens. I like the moderators and the owner and I'm still finding one-of-a-kind co-songwriters here who help me take my songwriting to the next level - just plain folks. Ben, If that site suits you and Marty better, that’s great — different platforms work for different people.
Like I'm mentioned plenty of times , every one need to create an artist Youtube page . Forums are only a small platform.
On your come together song , I was just mentioned it's been kinda done . It might need a fresher approach . Yes your right though we have to talk it out in a calm matter

Why is it when you do it, its suddenly not pushing buttons.
Ive done the studio thing, all they really care about is your money, like here, they tell yiu you are a Star, cause if they said you suck you ain't giving them more money.
Ive been in studios with band members, looking at the drummer through the glass, and the bass player around a tool box, and did whole thing live.
Was always issues there too. One wrong note, and you wear it, forever.
Things weren't as easily fixed as they are today.
Today, the only way you need a studio is if you are making music to be played on main stream media.
In fact, even big timers record at home.
Tech is so good that you can get a great vocal sound with a good mic amd pre amp.
May not be top tier quality but good enough for most purposes.
Ive lived a life before forums ben. For years I was doing gigs every week, playing real guitar and singing.
Developing thick skin,
Decades of it on and off.
I delved into home recording and did a shitload of that stuff too, , I have old hard drives with tons of music on it that I can no longer get to.
You make it sound like going to a studio is revolutionary.
Its just cause decades later at the point of hitting a wall a long time ago, the easy way is now the right way.
My main credit is I had a song that was played every day in the college radio circuit.
My cousin helped me, she created a wave of buzz kept calling asking for it to be played, snd she's good looks so that helped with the male DJ
I also was offered avsinger songwriter contacts, longgggg time ago.
Start up companies looking for a nobody they could use to get somewhere.
Other than that its been an anti social self enclosed career, and a habit that will never go away.
But I do it my way when and how I want to, cause nobody else gives a dsmn
Sorry I'm late here. I've just been so busy lurking, co-lab'ing and planning for world domination.
What I miss?
Peace,
Dave
Same old Dave. 6 or 10 folks, with very different takes on the state of the gathering, trying not to self distruct…not doing too bad either. AI has set the world on a axis spin, John S is keeping us grounded w his piano.
You make it sound like going to a studio is revolutionary.
Dom, Ben is right. Compared with the way you're generating songs, recording songs in a studio - even if it's your home studio - is creating something new on your own. If you are as experienced as you sound, you would know the difference.

It's not revolutionary . Taking a AI song with its production ideas and using session players to replicate it, is revolutionary . It's a common practice now. Now you turned it into an artist song by you singing it .
It's a new chapter in the evolution of music. Suno basically is a demo service for a penny . Where as before demos would cost you $600.00 . it's all a matter of budgets to turn that into an artist song .
Like every business on the planet , economics comes in the play all the time . At our age it's only the challenge to complete the goal in a studio .To make a ROI like we all know would take being young and backed by $ to make money

Ben, that other site is not exactly the way you guys always describe it. There, political songs are a legitimate genre. They are intended to provoke and agitate, and by definition they are failures if they dont do exactly that. Over at Muse they can't guarantee that someone won't be offended by someone else's posts there. In fact, they can pretty much guarantee that someone WILL be offended sooner or later if you stick around long enough. Politics is offensive. It attracts pretty offensive people. I posted a political song there. We all know how Marty reacts when I post a political song. He tried to get it off the board. He hijacked my thread and insulted me. Like he always does. He called out to the moderators. He wasn't successful and had to stop. The moderator actually said: "as far as political songs go, this one is actually quite mild, which broadens its appeal. So, good work." So what did I learn? The grass is not always greener on the other side. If we would all behave just a little bit, this place would be awesome.
Rob and Dom, two perennial dysfunctionals have taken a break from hacking on each other, in order to celebrate a public victory over a common enemy. The evil one, Marty.
You two remind of married couples who hate each other...and can only ever agree on who they mutually hate...until all the objects of their hate are driven away...and they return to hating each other.
"The enemy of my enemy is my friend"
Congratulations on your victory Rob...
you sent me the seeding bizarre emails from out of nowhere telling me that DOM needed my help. Then you set the trap with the DON song...and I challenged it to find out that I had a mistaken impression about what is allowed on the other site.
Then you came back to this site, in order to publicly celebrate. Nice work.
Well... C'est la vie. It's just a hobby and a song site.
FYI, I am going to remain as a member of the other site. I am going to avoid your posts altogether there, and let you and the like-minded have your TDS circle jerks unopposed.
It would be good if you ignored my posts also. I do not need your validation or sensibilities regarding my songs.
And congrats on "coming together" with Dom's counterpart. That should blossom into another lovely relationship.
You're just mad cuz your banned off every site you join . I think it's the far right Fox News brainwashing and quoting the magic man in the sky . You're not much in flight, pretty much fight mode all the time. Your that lost trace of Evolution we haven't lost yet . Be a few million years before we lose your species. You think wars are over some magical man in the sky , Its basically cavemen nothing to do with fairytales . Fucking gas is up to 6 bucks a gallon , them pricks are always in some oil bs. Religion is nothing but puff that magic dragon

Marty
What in the fack are you talking about.
Your not even here and still whining.
Dom dies nor beedbtuur help.
You got Dom Derangement Syndrimr.
Haven't yiu figured iut yet that nobody gives a damn where yiu post?
Up until the email in the following link, I had not exchanged emails with Rob for 15 months. He had been ankle-biting at some of my posts lately and I was ignoring him. Then, with no interaction, I get this email.
I read it, and then attempted to dissuade Rob from using my email to annoy me further, and he keeps ankle-biting. Finally, I didn't even read whatever final bit of drivel arrived from Rob.
He led with your name, Dom. It's unintelligible to me. Maybe you and Rob can explain it to me.

Don't lose focus Rob. Explain to Dom and myself the purpose of sending me this email leveraging Dom's name, in the absence of anything being said that led up to it.
And then explain why...when I made it clear that I wanted nothing to do with you, you continued ankle-biting and badgering like a little rabid squirrel?
So dah. Just be flexible..haha!…isn’t that what good writing entails…flexible like rubber band… Watch out for back lash though. Bill
Bill, this could be some kind of starting point:
I got that flexibility, I can bend ‘til I don’t feel a thing Twist my truth to fit your world, call it love in a fragile string But there’s a backlash coming, you don’t understand When you pull this heart too far It snaps like a rubber band

Rob clearly does not want to explain the point, purpose and meaning of his unsolicited and unwanted emails to me, leading with your name.
Do you have any idea what explains them?
Inquiring minds.
Thats a really hilarious note to me. Thanks for the laughs Of all that's wrong in the world, how Dom makes the headline.
And its been going on for a while, collusion against me.
My guess is, and im good at reading people. He was trying to appeal to the humorous side of the equation, perhaps he wants you bsck here.
Frankly it might be the corniest email I've ever read.
Doesn't bother me in the least and shouldn't bother you.
I think he wants a kiss from you.
Yiu both can kiss my ass if that helps.
Lest we forget yiur ages.
Again thanks for the laugh
Varmints and their mischief are annoying. It's no world jarring matter.
He brought it out of the blue and it made no sense and still doesn't. And at the same time, what appears to have been a baited trap appeared on another site. I assumed it was a bait, but bit to see where it went. I thought that you might want to see that I have now been emailed or pm'd twice and asked to troll you, and have declined both times.
And Rob, If this is the silly trap that I think that it was.... It worked in one respect. The admin told me that blatantly political songs are fair game over there and that I will be treading on thin ice to dare to hijack another one. To which I responded, No prob. If I see one, I will ignore it and focus elsewhere.
But Rob, He also said...If anyone harrasses me, send him the link and they will also be dealt with.
The takeaway for you... Ankle bite and troll me with silly sh+t like this email and I'll let the admin handle it. The best choice for you and me is to completely ignore each other.
And Finally, I quit this mental ward two months ago, and only come back when some drooler starts dragging me into something. Leave my name out of your conversations and I'll stay gone. I like being gone.
Registering a complaint about political posts resulted in being banned. And that is after agreeing to abide by their rules. My guess is that I wasn't contrite enough for them.
C'est la vie. Mission accomplished Rob.
The good news is that I no longer have to compliment songs in which people can't play worth a damn or carry a tune in a bucket....in order to post a song.
I am not coming back to this nut-house. Songwriting forums are silly places seemingly run by nutty people on behalf of nutty people.
Generally speaking, the musician world takes all the drunks-druggies-drama that the rest of the world has...and quadruples it.
Special Note: There are very few actual musicians in the songwriting forum world.
The focus is going back to face to face performances, such as wineries and open mics in my new home.
As we all know Marty left this site a while ago. But he keeps coming back saying someone mentioned his name. Well, everyone can see, Dom mentioned his name in this thread and all I did was inform Marty that his name was mentioned. I didn't tell him to join the conversation. That was Marty's decision. I have no idea why Dom mentioned his name.
All of this had nothing to do with what happened at Muse. I posted a song there. That was it. I've done that more than once. That's what people do in these kind of forums. He insulted me and apparently he was told by a moderator that he will be treading on thin ice if he hijacks my thread again. Nobody said anything like that to me.
Marty, you can continue to warn me to do this or that on these sites. I can can tell you now that I won't follow your advice. If I feel like commenting somebody's song, I will continue to do that. But I can assure you, I will only comment the song and not say anything negative about the writer. And I will continue to post my songs as well, even if they are about religions or politics. If you don't like them, just don't respond. Normally you don't, but for some reason, yesterday you felt you needed to.

You were banned? Are you blaming me? I posted a song. You started fighting with various other members. I had absolutely nothing to do with that. Now it's my fault? Marty, I don't know what to say. Wow, I can't believe what you just wrote.

On cue,
You succeeded Rob. I'm banned from MUSE. Take the win and enjoy this milestone in your life.
It's just as well, I was willing to put up with it to remain on the site , but I truly dont want to see people like you pissing down their leg about everything Donald Trump does ...on a songwriting site. It becomes nauseating and It is on the news non-stop.
It's pathetic that such people as you are so amped up about Trump that they have to vent, yet no one who really matters cares what you think...so you dump your pathetic political drivel on a bunch of ammy songwriters, such as yourself.
Nothwithstanding that, I'm honestly kind of glad you got me banned. These forums go nowhere and have become a bad habit that I don't break, and now with this ban, I can rethink my guitar and apply it better in some more beneficial way.
The last word is yours Rob.
Ps...the only argument that I had was with you. That Kerry guy attacked me from left field and I immediately appealed it to the admin. Other than that, I just handed out atta-boys.
What are you talking about? I just looked at the thread once again. You and I didn't even communicate together. We didn't argue anything. If anybody might be interested, you can find the thread here: https://www.musesongwriters.com/forums/index.php?/topic/86465-do-it-again-don/ The quote from you that I think caused the most damage was: "What I have is the desire to concentrate on music and not get wrapped up in a ball with dysfunctional personalities who cultivate and foster topics and arguments which will give them something to psychologically feed on ...yet fracture a constructive atmosphere." Marty, you called some of them and me "dysfunctional personalities". Don't blame me for that. You wrote that. Not me.
Btw, Marty .... most of the songwriters over there thought the song wasn't bad. You seem to be the only one who has issues with it.

Holy [naughty word removed] thought I was gonna bust a rib laughing.
Well, well, you've been banned from two sites now, do you see a pattern????
Lollllll
Seriously people take their power as admns too serious. Why is it the most important thing to ban people.
Its so pathetic.
It might be that there's so few places to go, so they have leverage.
But it's pretty clear that these sites generate no money, take in no money, so its nothing but a power play.
Its so sad. Its so NOT about music, craft, improving, its about control.
The owners of these sites used to want talented and serious people here, they don't seem to care any more.
They just enjoy playing God
At same time Marty, it should teach you something .
People you have deemed trolls here, didn't think they did anything wrong either.
You persistently made me out to be the bad guy here, and yiu managed to convince others the same.
See the problem? And see why Brian wont ban anyone?
Cause its not fair to all in the long run for you to single iut who isn't wanted.

Robs kinda funny he's writes political songs then says he does not want a political discussion . What do expect people to say this is like Michael row the boat a shore ?

We’re all built from the same dust and dreams, Different roads, but the same means.

Exactly. Political songs have always been around, but when posted here are clearly designed to be a free pass.
That said, there are no rules here.
Be nice if we had a few, to put some order in the chaos.
I don't think political and religious topics should be allowed on top of here. Thats where the traffic is, and people are going to see it, many who don't want to.
If you had a section below, people who wanted to read it, can go and read it.
Makes way more sense.
And the rule about reviewing others work equal to tiur own should stand.
Too many people like Guy T and others post their sinf, run away and do bot participate.
The Bible is often considered unclear due to its complex nature, ancient origins, and diverse literary styles (poetry, history, prophecy), which span thousands of years. While many Christians believe its core message of salvation is straightforward, interpretation varies due to translation, cultural gaps, and differing theological perspectives, such as those held by Catholics, Protestants, and Orthodox traditions. Reddit Reddit +3 Key Factors for Lack of Clarity Cultural & Temporal Gaps: The text was written thousands of years ago, making it difficult to understand the original context and relevance. Literary Nuance: It contains poetry, symbols, hyperbole, and stories that are not intended to be read as literal modern history. Translation Challenges: The Bible is a translation from ancient Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek, which can result in lost nuances or varied interpretations. Theological Differences: Different traditions emphasize different, sometimes contradictory, interpretations. Michael Pahl Michael Pahl +4 Perspectives on "Clarity" External vs. Internal Clarity: The theological concept of perspicuity distinguishes between the clarity of the gospel message (clear) and the complexity of its doctrine (not always clear). Intentional Ambiguity: Some interpretations suggest that the need for careful study and interpretation of difficult passages is intentional. External Factors: Misinterpretations can occur, whether due to faulty interpretation, lack of serious study, or external influences. Between you and Ben there was probably 5 pages if banter in my song .
Don't ba a bser. You like it this way
No, Dom...
I like interaction with genuine, honest characters. I have no use for manipulative TROLLS.
Lol there's still a time and place for everything.
I know if political and religious threads were down by creative writing thread, it wouldn't get half the attention it gets now.
Just from a visual stand point
This shitt should. not be the main dish, it is fine if its there for those who want it.this is the dumbest place for it, cause it hijacks everything else

Exactly, thank you, cause I start music threads.
You are catering to people who have no real interest in music. Everybody has a political opinion, not everybody writes song's.
If you don't believe me, move the rant section down below. Guaranteed to lose half the views
I've suggested that myself many times, Dom. You're right.
But the "Rant Arena" should be its own forum; ALL THE WAY AT THE BOTTOM!
However, I doubt that will stop YOU from littering the top of this site with a million redundant threads about "the good ol' days" of music according to Dom.
And when you are ignored... YOU WILL RANT... as usual.

punch up the traffic to the site….get hits on sound luck….obvious duh.
Hey Fdominic…..you in New York? Like, if you can make it there, you can make it anywhere place?
Is that why you can sing so well….the competition pushes higher?
You must sing in a band somewhere??
Do you have recordings of those bands?
No i started singing in garage bands in school only cause most kids couldn't. I coukdt either but wanted to form bands.
Over time I got better and better. To a point where I was getting comolimejts...I didn't know you could sing like that..... I didn't either.
Legend has it my kindergarten teacher heard potential and encouraged my mom to have me pursue it
But it wasn't really a thought till I discovered old who music, that I became all in.
What I noticed is that I sang like the record. Somehow was able to channel the sound of said singer and it came out pretty close.
Im from jersey, near NYC, competion was always tough, hard to be even the best musician on your block, let alone anywhere else.
Yes I have dozens of recordings on hard drives I cant get access to.
I went thru new PC every two years and would keep the hard drive. They are incompatible with new models snd password protected, so likely gone for good
