Yes, there is also an irresponsibility on the part of the female sex as well. I guess the human race could use a boost of integrity as a whole. But, that would mean that those who are able would have to enlighten those who have sunk too deep to see over the mud. I know that many groups are trying to help this exact situation. The religious groups try to help, but some times they get caught up more in who is right and who is wrong than in actually helping anyone. But, that would be a rant in itself.

As for Tom's brother. Well, I believe there is a huge difference between a religious person who shares their beliefs in an effort to help someone, and a compulsive zealot who enforces his beliefs onto another.

So, while I totally agree that a person should share "the good word," I can honestly say that a compulsive person does not "share." He pushes and forces and makes wrong and then does it all over again! I would not wish that on anyone.
