Ha ha...I was just settin' up a smokescreen by bein' mellow yesterday!! Today, I'm back ta fightin' form! (whutever THAT is grin )

Guess half the cats in the new "neighborhood" musta read the sign on my house that sez "hey ya'all, there's a new cat lady in town...just go to the brick house with the big barn and jump in the window. She leaves it open just for us. Inside you'll find all kinds'a treats like milk 'n cookies!! She must be waitin' fur Santa Claws alreddy!! Just watch out fur the cat she lives with. She doesn't like trespassers, but if'n you kin get past her, the lady'll be good to you!"

This mornin' I woke up with a strange cat in my bedroom!! LOL So far I have seen three different ones in the house. Julia is ticked that I let 'em come in "HER" new house but she isn't doin' a whole lot ta keep 'em out. This morning's visitor was a gorgeous friendly (well-nourished) calico!! Of course I had left a dish of dry cat treats on top of one of the boxes I still have to unpack. Coulda been whut got the cat to come in there. I heard the crunch crunch crunch...turned and saw this purty kitty about 3 feet from my head! LOL Of course, whut woke me up was that Julia was GROWLING!! ROFL...she was lying on top of me watchin' this other cat eat HER food!! Not a happy camper. Guess I now know who ate the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies although this was not the same cat visitor I had two nights ago. He/she was a huge black kitty. How do they know about me so fast? LOL They must read the 'puter an' been seein' Wy yappin' bout wantin' some cookies. Now they're just laffin' at him cause THEY got to 'em first!! Never heard of a cat whut liked cookies. Julia won't even deign ta eat tuna fish outta the can!! LOL She's purty fussy.

Leastways it wasn't a raccoon or a 'possum like I had at Pineyhouse, or a skunk like came to visit me in my closet in Colorado. LOL

And yeah...I suspect Ms Charlann'll be a whole lot mellower AFTER she visits TN.

I dunno 'bout no 'compatible' men in Nashville!! grin I wonder if I plug that criteria into my navigational system, if it'd gimme directions ta locate one? LOL LOL Not that I'd know whut ta do if I DID find one. Guess I'd hafta ask Charlann 'bout that. Bet she knows whut ta do!! grin Seems my "talents" only work on cats.
