I thought I might add a few things to this thread.

You guys.....did you know that tobacco smoke constricts blood vessels. It effects the blood flow to the extremities, hands, feet, and errr!!!!! other places.

As we men get older it is a natural part of aging that we have a little decrease in blood circulation. If you are a smoker you compound the problem. One symptom is cold feet. Other things are a little colder than you'd like them to be too.
Another thing it does is increase your heart rate. I have noticed a decrease in my resting heart rate since I quit smoking.
I think my blood pressure is lower as well.
My wife says my breathing is better also. Especially when I am asleep. I breath a little slower than I use to.

Now, back to the blood supply to the extremities thing......Well, I can tell you. it DOES make a difference. My feet and errrr!!!other things seem to be doing much better since I quit the cigarettes.

Just something to think about.
