So here's the deal. I'm 27, I'm classically trained, and I've spent the last year working really hard to transition into rock music, because it fits my songwriting and a lot of what I want to express.

The thing is-and I'm sure this is common what comes out in my lyrics and my musical style is a lot of emotions and moods that I don't generally let out in public.

Unless you know me really really well, I come off as reserved and quiet. But that isn't all of me, not by a long shot.

Now I have no problem speaking in public, and I think I have a decent handle on controlling stagefright well enough to sing. But here's the thing. I dance like an ******* . I mean, really... it's bad. Not just silly but actively dorky.

How am I supposed to rock the crowd out? How do I make them feel what I feel, charge them up and get them moving? Oh I can trot out a Jesus pose, bend the mic stand forward, maybe run around a bit.

But how do I become an effective, dynamic, true front man?

Thanks.
