Here in The North, the Jodi Krangle began The Muse which is still going strong as a place to share music and lyrics and it is operated by a group of long time members.

At the first Pineyfest it was my turn to play and Mike came up to play bass with me. Made it a great memory for me

Who is Bob Young? was also there with Tink as a guest Bongette and ?? . I still play his American Stories occasionally.
I've also played his Roll me a long one about finding an ounce of acapulco gold in an old coat pocket. I told them about Bob Young and his career playing arenas with the greats.

He described a musicians career as "Who is Bob Young?" "Get me Bob Young!!" "Get me someone who sounds like Bob Young" and "Who is Bob Young?
He also said that if you play out, play to the back row, meaning take the big picture view of the place

Lots of good people at and memories from the first two Pineyfests. Dan Fenstermacher (Windowman), Anthony Torres, Erical Ellis and I drove into Nashville from Dickson
and were stopped for speeding going, the toured a bit around the admin side of things BMI, ASCAP offices ....made it back in time for dinner and the evenings which were
first some guest speakers in the business, then everybody plays songs, and we had lots of people and guest artists from Nashville and other places, and then when that was finished the partying began

Brian there was a real name writer in the industry who was a speaker once. Remember him?
