Hi Brian. I guess I have to look for you here. Overall it went pretty well. We had 9 people which included my daughter (singer) and the mother of another new member who used to be one of my singing students and who today became a member of JFP. The former student and I are collaborating. Anyway, every seemed to feel it was pretty successful overall and had a great time. Jodi Krangle is going to be a regular attendee. I'm going to post a more detailed blurb here and to the mailing list when I get a spare minute. Talk to ya.

I just wanted to drop you a quick line, and let you know how much I enjoyed myself the other night. There is nothing like relaxing with a bunch of like minded people and talking about what we do, how we do it, and comparing notes, musically and otherwise.
To anyone out therre interrested in taking part, I highly recommend it.

9 people at the first meeting is nearly twice normal! So you're off to a good start. Congrats! The LA Chapter which has app. 550 members now only had 4-5 people at the first several meetings.

Yeah Brian, I am thankful Val took the lead here. And I would suspect once more people get to know the chapter exists, membership will grow.
