If that were all it were limited to, I would sign on, no problem.
What got me was that I would basically be signing them co-ownership of the song. But whatever they did with it -- sold it to Lada Ga Ga, placed it in a commercial, etc. -- they could get paid for without having to pay me a thing. Or even get my permission.
