Polly, congratulations! I'm so glad to hear you sang really well. That must be a great feeling.
I didn't know either rock and rye or the medicine, but I DO know about vinegar. You are not the only chick singer who swears by it. I have heard that apple cider vinegar is preferred for some reason, though.
