People defend their work, especially when it's intentionally singled out by people who dont know what they think, let alone how to crit a song. Why do you feel like you have to defend your work? I mean, I can understand there would be times when you want to explain it but why would you want to defend it? A song is a piece of art - some people are gonna like it, some are going to hate it, and most aren't going to care. We're just peers here offering suggestions. If they resonate with you, it leads you to improve the song. If they don't resonate you, you have the right as an artist to ignore them. In either case, someone cared enough to listen and offer their opinions and/or suggestions. Civilty dictates that you should thank them - not call their character into question. Just my opinion, of course...... Scott

"Do not endeavor to be the smartest kid in a dumb class. Instead, you are better off being the dumbest kid in the smartest class, where you will be challenged and you will learn. If you aren't growing, you are dying." -Brian Austin Whitney
