Well,
As long as there are humans in the process there will be errors from time to time. Much has been reported about the problems with health issues over the last many years.

One problem has been the Malpractice issue. It has been reported the the Malpractice insurance for doctors has been so outragious the many doctors have quit.
When someone who has a minor complaint can sue for millions of dollars and collect it does not help the high cost of health insurance.

Every nurse has to carry malpractice insurance in case they are sued for something. My wife has been a nurse for over 40 years so I have gotten some insight from time to time.

Every time the legislators try to fix the malpractice problem they have strong resistance, mostly from the Trial Lawyers.

The paperwork that is required to be completed is staggering. Much of it to help defend in case of a law suit. My wife has had to testify in frivelous lawsuits.

When people go before congress and testify about some problem the legislators may try to help by passing a law. Sometimes it makes the problem worse.

I can't suscribe to the assertation that the Medical Profession is all a bunch of greedy crooks just in it for the money.

No the health system in the U.S. isn't perfect.

I read in a recent issue of Consumer Reports that some 494 Emergency Rooms have closed around the Nation. That is where a lot of people go who don't have some type of health insurance.

I won't see the movie but wonder if Moore covered the people angle of where people asked for something from congress, got it, and how it helped or hurt the process.

One other problem is a nursing shortage. It is a regular problem here. Getting people to become nurses is difficult. I think the Garbage collectors in San Francisco were making more than my wife as a RN. And on it goes.
