Spare us the details about cow milk. You can eat a lot of safe foods and die at 95...or eat what you like and die at...95.

Every day the news reports some thing that is bad about food. Several years ago they said that you shouldn't use more salt in a day than you could put on your litle finger.

My father butchered hogs and salted down the meat to cure it. I probably ate enough salt at one time to last me a lifetime. Didn't like it all that much but that was what we had. Funny I have survived all these years.

My father died at...95.
