Hey Calvin,
Well written. I myself will always find the time and the need for a little red meat from my local butcher. whats interesting is, not a single scientific study has ever demenstrated a longer life span for vegetarians over those that eat red meat, in moderation. In fact, those on a strict vegetarian diet lack amino acids vital to good health. It would be my "biased" guess science will prove lifespans are more dependent on genetic history, rather than what we put on our plates. Well, heres to hoping anyway, until then I'll take mine nice and thick and bloody rare.
Take care
Fix.

"Defeatist Pessimists and Rose Colored Glasses Optimists are lonely companions, victims even. Both ideologies imply predestined outcomes, and therefore breed inactivity in its victims. Inaction is the only sure way to lose at anything in life. All positive action guarantees at least a fighting chance." -Brian Austin Whitney
