hello everyone I have a question. I am a bass player but I have only played tab. So I know the notes on the bass by the neck, but I don't know what that note is on paper. Meaning where in the bass clef is the top open string "E". I thought it might be the first lined note below the general 5 lines of the bass clef. Is that right or are my octives all wrong. Please help!
