Thanks FD. That is good feedback because that is what I was thinking as well. I recorded the bass and then just jammed along 50 or 60 times. Mixing the sound is a challenge as well. I did another mix and shifted the bass to my right, guitar to the left, and reduced the percussion gain slightly as well as giving the percussion a bump in reverb....
Sloppy playing in parts, but groove capture worked. If I smooth things some w practice, I will write a simple lyric and sing too. Thanks!
