This is very interesting, musta missed it before.
It's all about poking curiosity.
It's interesting cause it makes the listener think the singer knows him.
I'm not sure if Dylan is the perfect example of somebody who doesn't get the blues.
Not sure he's the picture of happiness, most of his stuff was on the downer side.
And his music always had blues in it...then again all music does
But it does make you wonder, gee what the heck is this about, so it works in that way.
