No real hurdles...whoever pays you takes your info and prepares necessary US income slips that you can use.

I get a bit of money from CD Baby and they take 30%. US CCLI use to take 30% but I have that straightened out so they take nothing now. UK CCLI took 20% for several years and I finally got that fixed and got back what they had taken for three years. But every three years I have to apply again and seems to take several tries to get it straightened out again. What is an ITIN? I've filled out BEN forms for US. Australia only holds back 10%. So much paperwork. Thanks by the way for your advice.
