I know any money I make on my Gospel music used by churches in foreign countries is taxed, unless Canada has a tax treaty with those countries, even then they make you jump through hoops to be made exempt. The highest tax is the USA, they take 30%, then I have to pay income tax to Canada. So in the long run I am paying tax in the same percentage range that a millionaire would pay.
