This popped up in my YT feed. The subject matter is somewhat related to the conversation going on here. At least, from an attorney's viewpoint. I was never aware of this video maker until recently, but it appears that he has been there and done it....so I personally regard him as someone to learn from. He is personally describing a current and personal copyright struggle vis-a-vis YouTube.
