Is it only on my computer or am I crazy? Some comments on my songs and on this very forum of general...are dated as 03/02/12....it is not March yet...
I have never seen them this way before.
any ideas?

Have you switched any settings ? Sounds like it's reverted to European settings, eg day/month/year
I've always wondered why the US writes it month/day/year which doesn't seem very logical.

Hi Kimberley.......I agree with Nite it looks like your time and date display has gone all European.......There is an easy fix you can check the date display by going to control panel and then selecting date and time. You will see the format of your display. Then if you want to change the setting go to control panel and click on region and language. It could be that you have set your keyboard up as English United Kingdom. The US have a slightly different keyboard config to us Europeans. It may need to be changed back to English United States.

PS It could just be that your preferences are set wrong on JPF...It sometimes changes for no reason happened to me a couple of times over the years. To check go to my stuff tab and select preferences then scan down till you get date and time format

Humm,
Not sure if your settings have changed or if it affects what is on a post on the board. However you can double click your clock reading, in the lower right corner of your screen/desktop and check. You can look at your settings and see if they are correct.

Thank you Ray, Jim and Nite, I think I got it fixed, it was my preferences on this site..not sure how they got changed...but I hopefully have it worked out now...that backwards stuff was confusing ;-)

Of course you will sometimes see it's the 6th of February 2012 but not in a normal context here so you don't often see (06/02/2012). You do realize you guys are upside down, what with being on the wrong end of the globe, don't you?

If you don't like the dates on this site try figs. They're just as tasty and you can make Fig Newtons out of them. I know, I know...that was pretty weak. What can I say? I'm sick...I need help!!!  Stevie

Hi Kim, I had this problem last year and the date on my pc was wrong. Just right click on your clock at the bottom and check your date/time.  Dottie

Hey Dak we are the right way up it is you guys who are topsy turvy.....the way you put dates is totally illogical... also I watched the superbowl.....call it footbal...... well it is not football as we know it....THEY HARDLY EVER KICK THE BALL.....and it was not even not even like our rugby which you copied it from......they had to stop for a rest every few seconds and then brought in substitutes every other play......and they have to wear padding, helmets and makeup under their eyes....we MEN do not require such nancy boy stuff. LOL

Kim Yeah Kim......I suggest a visit to your doctor...my wife has the same EST problem....she went to the doc and he gave her tablets.....the hot flushes and temper tantrums are much reduced. In the meantime you can try going to my stuff and prefs and setting up the clock...it will run on any time zone you choose...just by changing how many hours plus or minus you want from the default.
