This is a SWEET fairy tale, with a fairy tale ending! Lovely!
A couple of things in verse 1 -- since he does have the fairy tale love, we find out, should verse one be in the past tense? Something like:
Fairy Tale Love:
That's the kind of love that I'D been dreaming of.
That kind of happily ever after love
And even though I THOUGHT IT WAS just make believe
Still I BELIEVED in Fairy Tale Love.

IMO there are too many cliche's to be commercial:
Verse 1

It's good and sweet but as Shayne said, too many cliche's. I like the music you have to it and that melody may well carry the song.

Very well done, especially since we are all taught that in the real world Prince Charming and Cinderella don't really exist. It would be nice if they did, though, as the meeting and mating game seems to get more complex all the time.
