You're probably right. Still, you must've done something that made them want to contact you. Congrats for that.
The grammar doesn't bother me too much--the perpetrators are from the Czech Republic, after all, and the grammar is way better than some of the stuff I get from the financial wizards in Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, &c. What would scare me off is the handle "recorddeal." Most of the outfits that do legitimate business aren't so blatant.

I like the idea of a "virtual" manager. But I suspect they will not accept "virtual" money for your payment to them for giving you this record deal.

I don't know if the Internet gave birth to more con men, or if the Internet just gave the ones already out there access to more potential suckers. More generally, though, has anyone else had problems with this kind of shady behavior?
