I distinctly remember my lawyer being a very attractive woman. In fact, her partner at the law firm is ALSO a woman. They were also the both of them Katha members, and their services were pro-bono even when I asked them how much they will charge me when we were handed down the fiscal's verdict.

That was almost 20 years ago. I didn't consult with ANY other lawyer regarding my case, especially not a MALE lawyer, so please, stop making stories up. Whoever that lawyer is who told you he was my lawyer with my infringement case is a DOWNRIGHT LIAR, like you are now.

Just to get the facts straight - any LIBEL (not slander) or PUBLIC HUMILIATION of Mr Bacolor was done by HIM to HIMSELF.

And he's prone to fabricating wrong "facts" and then weaseling out when he's caught. Two years ago, he posted here claiming Brain AW was in Manila. I will post the link when I find it.

Slander is the act of humiliating someone with baseless accusations, Libel is the charge.

So far, I don't believe can file for libel against us, since we have both posted facts, while he has posted fabrications.

Just for the record, and so you guys don't get in over your heads here, the legal definition of slander as defined by Websters is and I quote, "Defamation by oral utterance". It does not have to be baseless or proven, neither makes any difference. Malicious is defined as " bearing malice; intending harm "

It's no skin off my back, but I just figured before you get in over your heads, you might want to truly understand the legality of the situation. Furthermore I strongly suggest that you seek legal counsel regarding what I have told you. This way you can be sure he isn't hanging his gold record on what used to be your living room wall, and recording his next big song on the equipment you use to own.

Especially that lie of getting a 7-figure fee for a jingle he wrote for a drug company. We're all interested to know more about that, because that sets a precedence in the history of Philippine Music.

Alternatively, I can very well claim HE'S slandering me and Darius, because of the lies he's been fabricating, like knowing who my lawyer was during my infringement case 20 years ago. All his "facts" are a mishmosh of second hand information, all jumbled up into a nice frothy drink known as his delusions.

And, based on my experience with him, he won't be getting any gold records soon, unless he buys it or have one made, like, his recent "award" to which he txt voted for himself.

Much like that issue last year where Lynman posted a thread declaring you came to the Philippines, Lynman likes to assume things ad make things up. Again, he volunteered, he's the "first" one here, but the few of us here, at least Darius and I, believe he's doing more damage than anything representing US Filipinos.

His information or "expertise" is hardly reliable and often highly questionable, one of the main reason why PhilMusic members ridiculed him when he started a "Songwriting Challenge" thread in that forum.

I hope this shed more light as to the true character of our favorite "doctor," and help you arrive at a decision.
