griffbear: Cool, fun tune. I have a soundclick "station" that contains a link to all the tunes in here -- if they are on soundclick. You should consider a soundclick account -- it's easy on the users. PopTodd: Another good tune from you. I can't add it to my Soundclick station since it's not on soundclick (obviously). AcousticPain: I do dislike MySpace for casual listening, but it is good for other things. You should consider a soundclick account as an additional resource. Dan: I added the tune to the soundclick station. Good playing and singing! ******************************************** EDIT: I've set up a Soundclick radio station of all the songs listed in this thread (if it is soundclick song) at: http://members.soundclick.com/station/721921 ************************************************ Kevin

Wrote this 19 years ago, it was one of the first songs I ever wrote. This was our song for our wedding dance - instead of just picking a romantic song I wanted to write one special for the occasion. With all the songs I've written since I think I still get more positive feedback on this one (at least from women). http://soundclick.com/share?songid=7217562 My Love What can I say about my love that isn’t plain to see? And how can I explain the way I feel when she’s next to me? Funny little girl that will make you laugh out loud, Found this funny boy with his head up in the clouds But she knew how to love me, yes she knew how to love me. And she is good to me, yes she’s so good for me And I’ll be good to her, I’ll be good to her Where are the words for these feelings? And what are words any way. And who says what we have together won’t grow stronger and stronger day by day Never thought things could be as easy as they are, I thought we’d have to work real hard to get this far But we knew how to love, yes we knew how to love. And she is good to me, yes she’s so good for me And I’ll be good to her, I’ll be good to her And when we are together, how could I ever ask for more? And she’s in love with me – and I love her. copyright © 2007 Ron Daigle

Maybe Tony Bennett? Not many oldtimers left to cover a song like this. You did say images, didn't you? Las Vegas and Mehttp://schicksville.com/Music/Vegas-JLS-MIX.mp3Lyrics: Cal Francis DiFalco Music: John Lawrence Schick Vocal: Myles Loud ![[Linked Image]](http://schicksville.com/Music/Las-Vegas-Blvd.jpg) Don't wanna hear, about hard luck stories Don't cry to me about your life and the worries I'm living free, no, I'm in no hurry You know, Las Vegas and me Don't criticize, in this town there's no rules Go fantasize, roll the dice, play it cool Don't dramatize, don't be playing the fool You know, Las Vegas and me I'm a swayer, I'm a stayer Call my bluff and I'll play ya I'm a faker, I'm a shaker I'm your private heaven breaker (Hey Johnny, hit me again, looking for that ace) You know, Las Vegas and Me So don't be surprised, when your head is a spinning Don't improvise, when you think you are winning I'll tell you why, this is just the beginning You know, Las Vegas and Me 'Cause I'm a swayer, I'm a stayer Call my bluff and I'll play ya I'm a faker, I'm a shaker I'm your private heaven breaker You know, you know, you know, Las Vegas and me!

Well I've been told this is one of my best...who knows, we are the worst judges of our own music! It was inspired by, of all things, the desktop wallpaper in Windows XP - the one with the little tropical island with a palm tree. I must admit, after hearing it a few (hundred) times, it has grown on me -Mike THE BLUE HORIZON C. 2009 Mike Pilling CHORUS The blue horizon Is calling me The sun is risin On a distant sea A clear blue ocean With sky above Feel the motion Feel the love V1 Daydreaming all about sailing Cool fresh wind on my face Coconut palms on the white sand Lose the rat race Soon we'll be cutting a clean wake Sails all full of the breeze Real world just made a clean break Alone on the seas CH V2 As we push for our destination The copper sun disappears The distant joy of calypso Starts to fill our ears A smiling man, he takes the lines Walks us up to the town Some rum, some lime, some coconut wine Good times all around BRIDGE The moon, the waves, the streets don't have names No-one demands a thing At sunrise we'll head back out to sea And see what tomorrow brings CH

Hi Kevin, hmm, I love all my songs, but "Don't push my button" I think will always be my number 1 song hey. Maybe I will change my mind one day, cause next week I'm re-recording "I'm Over it/I'm Over you" with the professionals, and it will be the first song I will have on Itunes for sale, so Stan, Rodney and I are very excited, and it's also a favorite, "Call a Taxi" will get their one day soon too, okay, I could be here all day, gotta go, busy, busy, busy. I hope this post stays here for a while, I'll have to go listen to everyones songs hah. Hugs Michele http://soundclick.com/share?songid=6211972So here it is: This will be the next song I re-record with the Professionals, master, and on the market. I need to Win LOTTO! Don't push my button Chorus Hey, don't push my button I can't take it any more Anger, tears, the sadness inside I know now I've got my pride So hey, don't push my button I won't take it any more Stronger, wiser, than ever before I won't play the victim no more.... Verse There was a time and a place I was lost and confused Young and trusting nothing to lose Had a dream I held for many a year Never thought I'd be shedding these tears Everyone around me seemed to move away Only feels like yesterday Weeks have turned to years It's time to put it away...... Chorus Hey, don't push my button I can't take it any more Anger, tears, the sadness inside I know now I've got my pride So hey, don't push my button I won't take it any more Stronger, wiser, than ever before I won't play the victim no more..... Verse I found a man He's here today Made me stronger in every way Helped me take some steps Enough to walk away He understands, he holds me tight Helps me through the day and night Never turns away Thank God for him today...... Chorus Hey, don't push my button I can't take it any more Anger, tears, the sadness inside I know now I've got my pride So hey, don't push my button I won't take it any more Stronger, wiser, than ever before I won't play the victim no more..... Verse Nows the time, I mean today Get up and fight Fight all the way All your anger, sadness inside I want you to take it in stride All the tears that you will cry The pain will heal it just takes time And when someone tries to hurt you I want you all to say Hey...... Chorus Hey, don't push my button I can't take it any more Anger, tears, the sadness inside I know now I've got my pride So hey, don't push my button I won't take it any more Stronger, wiser, than ever before I won't play the victim no more..... Repeat chorus Copy rights Michele Bolton Music Paul Nunns

"If someone is truly a jerk, or truly is not deserving of any positive reply from you, polite indifference is the best response you can give. Do not insult. Do not slam. Do not follow the urge to be nasty. Simply be politely indifferent." –Brian Austin Whitney
