Right now it looks like we'll be doing a radio show on Monday, then perhaps a show in New Brunswick on Tuesday and then we're working on a date for the Morristown Chapter on Wednesday. If that date doesn't come around, we may bump that date into NYC and then pull a NYC date and try again in NJ for that date since there relatively interchangable.
We'll post more when we know.

I have a couple calls into some places around Morristown. One in particular already has a PA and a decent stage, but they are reluctant to book anything but corporate coverbands. I have a friend who thinks she can bring them on board. I think I can know for sure by the end of this week.

As much as I'd love to do an event there, please don't twist anyone's arms. We want willing venue partners who are excited. My experience has been that when we talk someone into doing something they don't really want to do, a lot of bad things often happen. Since this is a first visit to that area, we need all the friendly support we can get to make it a fun and productive night.
I still have the date open. We're now booked for NYC. So that NJ date is open and if this show doesn't happen, I will likely use the day for documentary shooting, or perhaps even a day off where I can go see a Broadway show or a museum in NYC. So there's no real pressure at this point other than the clock and getting folks interested in signing up.

I hear ya, Brian. However, I haven't even spoken to them yet. I understand someone involved with the club was complaining that she was sick of what was being booked there, so I'm going to to go there and see what's up.
