Pleasedo nit away JPFsingalong in 15/16 time
x00x000x0000xx0 : (beat sequence for the chorus)
(chorus)
Couldn't we , couldn't we get together , can't we do it soon
Couldn't we , couldn't we have us a bash , down to the saloon
We'll get a broom and sweep out the roaches , a cloth and polish the bar
We'll take out the trash from previous folks , spiff it up a bit
We'll have us a bash that can't be compared with, down to the pub

1
x00x00x00x00x00 : (beat sequence for non-chorus parts)
We'll get the Sheilas from down the next station , to come along
I know they smell a bit like hoss-poo , but; they can sing along
We'll get some wooden spoons and pots , and tap out a rhythmic tune
Won't be any trouble to find someone who can play the spoons
An old brown jug, an old washtub and we'll be cranking out tunes

Chorus

2
Fire up the barbie, put on some shreemp , we'll stuff our gizzards full!
Dig a pit , fill it with wood and we'll 'cue up the fatted bull!
Come as you are , or come as you like it don't make no diff'rence.
Those chickens without any feathers ; 'cue 'em up with the rest!
Don't sound like much, but ; to just plain folks , it's very near to best.

Chorus

3
We'll get a fiddle and dance a jig , now ; a drum for the beat
Not to worry about thirst none, just ; try to stay onya feet
They'll be plenty of Just Plain Folks there, hope I can make it too!
'Hope all the starz will be bright , not a cloud in the sky be dark
Party 'till Sun comes up singing and dancing the night awayyyyyy

Ritt, If the other folks don't mind and you ain't shy , don't bother me none. If I was you , though I'd ask TampaStan first, he might have some valuable adsvice for ya.
Your wife doesn't mind any?

Linda A.,
Who says I know antthing about beat sequences? I just hadn't gotten into music high enough to know if there is a prescribed sequence for 15/16 time or not , so , I made one up. I figured if I was treading on hallowed rules somebody would make me the wiser.

I can see the music video--with a jnug band (of course), and a whole *audience* of Rubber Sheilas. It'd be fun.
