- It doesn’t reference Trump in any Trump-specific events, scandals, quotes, or controversies
- It doesn't contain language unique to him (“MAGA,” “orange,” “fake news,” etc.)
- It doesn’t accuse any identifiable person of a specific crime

Can you point out where you think I’m bashing Trump?

Got it — so you can’t actually point to any Trump-bashing in the lyrics.
Instead, you’re assuming I must be doing it because of things you think I’ve said in the past.
That means your claim about the song was baseless from the start.

Marty, we agreed you would stay out of my threads when they’re not about Trump. Yet here you are.

Verse 1 is a trump bash Rob. We both know that. And this is your little hide and seek game. We both know that.

Understand the following,
If you write a lovely song dedicated to your wife or a lovely tribute dedicated to someone that you know that passed away.. I will leave it alone.
However, if you post a song that has even the slightest whiff of political stank about it, then I will unilaterally decide if it is open season on retort and rebuke.

Freedom of speech. You're free to put whatever you want up. I'm free to comment on it at will.
Having said that, even though I think political speech is a forum killer, I enjoy engaging in it and have enjoyed engaging in this opportunity that you provided to talk about the actions of a king that overlays Trump precisely. The coincidence of that begets other opinions.

- “Back before the crown was his”: A common metaphor for gaining power; even the German people refer to Chancellor Merz metaphorically as a “king.”
- “Before the power changed his view”: A universal theme: leaders promising openness, then becoming guarded. Presidents, prime ministers, kings, CEOs — all have this trope.

Where exactly am I bashing anyone? Your claim is baseless. Others in this forum see it the same way; you’re the only one interpreting this as Trump‑bashing.
And for the record, disagreeing with your interpretation doesn’t justify personal insults.

In addition to that you are trying to play this little cat and mouse game where you veil your political ramblings, behind the pretense that they are just allegorical fictional characters. They arent. We both know it.
