Well, that's not much lead time to book anything decent I am afraid unless your band is:

1. Amazing (which is a high bar)
2. Has a fan base in those towns making it worthwhile for a venue to book you so you'll not be playing to an empty room
3. Offers the specific music for the specific crowds that frequent the venues.

I spent the last 15 years setting up massive tours where we featured over 18K artists in hundreds of cities, including most of those mentioned above. But we could (and did) fill every venue we booked and folks loved us. You didn't offer up links to the bands music, tell us who they are, what genre they play, if they do covers or originals, how much touring experience they have, what their stage show is, how much stage gear and space they need, if they have their own sound set up and engineer or if they need the venue to supply all that, if they are playing for free, like at open mics, or expect to be paid (on this short of notice, good luck with that) and if so, how much. We'd need to know how many local fans you expect to show up at each stop. etc. Basically, you need to give us something to work with if you want help. I am not sure how the info above would allow anyone to help you out. So come back, offer some more info and perhaps we can offer some suggestions/strategies to get some of those dates covered. Why is the band located?
