May I suggest Dylan's "It aint me babe," because it could have been an uncoverable song if Johnny Cash hadn't sung it as a duet, so it could be classified as a coverable song which should have long since been made uncoverable but hasn't yet been, so there is a bigger challenge for anyone who sings it to make it uncoverable.
I think that makes sense.
It's quite a simple song at heart so could be sung by any style of singer and interpreted in many ways.
