Hey not to open a new can of worms here, but i truly don't understand.. what are the legalities involved copyright wise in redoing any of these songs and posting them for distribution on the internet.. wouldn't that be piracy?
or more accurately copyright infringement? Both soundclick and Ourstage have cover sections. You have to assume that they are paying some kind of fee to BMI/ASCAP/etc to allow folks to post songs there. Kevin
