It was interesting to read about Spook Handy. I see his name a lot and always wondered about his background. He's really taken the art of open mic to higher levels.
I joined JPF to enter the contest, but it seems to be an overwhelming situation. My style is pop and I sometimes try to emulate Brian Wilson. Any Wilson fans out there? I will still be entering, but I think it's a long shot. I don't expect anything from it. It is nice that industry folks will be listening.
Meanwhile the single is almost done and it will be at CDBaby, probably within the next 2 weeks. Please have a look and a listen. Any comments are welcome.

"The great thing about a dream come true, is that it is born with a great appetite. That appetite keeps it growing and evolving and it swallows up all those other dreams you have and spits them back out as reality as well." -Brian Austin Whitney
