What an amazing honor conferred on you by the crap game (or some might say the crappy game, half full, half unfull) of life. Yeah, Harvey Brooks...the Electric Flag...Summer Breeze...what a great player. Victor Wooten makes me want to quit the bass, Harvey Brooks makes me want to try harder. What a life.

That Born to be Wild ride, what power, what a statement. Last week I had the pleasure of playing it with vocalist, drummer, Sonny Farmer. He not only sang the dog crap out of it, he played the tacit part smartly and respectfully.
