Congratulations - that's pretty cool!
I've always wondered what happens on your side of that process. Didn't anyone from NPR call you to tell you or ask permission to use the song? Did you (or your agent, manager, promoter) send one of your cds to NPR at one time or another . . . or did they find you? Does your PRO take care of the follow-up? Did they mention your name, or did your friend just know it was YOUR song?
