In fact.....I have had collaborations dissolve because..we saw things differently.... heard things differently...etc....... It was the "timing"...and "the follow through" response AFTER I sent the COMPLETED melody that was different from what you are giving reference to. ..& Everett, (whether it was legal or not)..I WENT OVERBOARD in my respone to co-writer... and couldn't have made it any plainer... ..that it was FINE with me....that they had a SECOND version (second melody)...of this song...and TO GO FOR IT.....but that I felt it would be foolish to sign off on the first version...as if I had 'nothing' to do with it..... I don't think we're really disagreeing at all.... bottom line...I need to get some legal advice...... so I will at least know...what I should do with the song and the way it is showing on the net.
