I’m going to be direct, Dom - the music really doesn’t fit a tribute. It comes across high-energy and almost playful in a way that clashes with what most people would expect for something honoring Stan. The lyric touches on a few things, but it feels pretty surface-level considering how much he meant to people here. For a tribute, it just doesn’t carry enough weight or reflection. That’s why it’s not landing for me. I disagree 1000 percent, He is not dying, its a celebration of life. Lyrics are surface level cause that is how I knew him on the surface. Thanks for noticimg how spot on that was of me. Didn't know the guy any other way bur surface level, brilliant
