I’m going to be direct, Dom - the music really doesn’t fit a tribute. It comes across high-energy and almost playful in a way that clashes with what most people would expect for something honoring Stan. The lyric touches on a few things, but it feels pretty surface-level considering how much he meant to people here. For a tribute, it just doesn’t carry enough weight or reflection. That’s why it’s not landing for me.
