This type does not "naturally" engage others the way you have chose to engage (mainly "The One Who Shall Not Be Named ...TOWSNBN) here. ....hence you do so totally as a constructed choice...not a reaction via your feelings as I thought.

You can intellectualize a situation you "feel" and examine it from different angles almost in an instant....and extrapolate out from there.
I can only conclude you are intentionally being disruptive just for sport....and call it "Just Another Point of View"

You would also have done a far better job of painting your picture of TOWSNBN ...had you done the most basic research you would NEVER have challenged him on "building a foundation" instead of pouring one.

Still, TOWSNBN is wrong ....this test is NOT a personality test or an IQ test...simply designed to show how you prefer to perceive the world, process your thoughts and make decisions.
Hence there is no right way here. It is a real world mainstream HR department test ....employers get insight into how people think. It would be terrible to let a bunch of INTJs loose for example because we value people less than process and efficiency and look at bigger pictures...so we ^(*&^( up as a group when it comes to understanding how people will react to changes we dream up...we simply sacrifice them on the altar of "it works better this way" You also do not want people who cannot make decisions because they get caught up in the process

So Tony...I now expect you to understand that your behaviour IN THIS INSTANCE (as an ENTJ you will understand I am not calliling you a universal ahole) your behaviour here is wrong
(it's like tellg your kids...just because I am mad you because you sawed a corner off the coffee table does not mean you are a bad person.)

You can choose to rise above this and behave civily and give this sit back to Brian.

It is a decision you are highly capable of making ...as an ENTJ you can understand the damage your behaviour is doing.
