I think you should definitely simplify the Chorus.
[Chorus]
You can't blame gravity for falling in love
It’s a force stronger than the stars above
I can’t explain it, but I feel it in my bones
If you can’t say it simply, then you don’t know the tone
Falling in love, falling in love
You can’t blame gravity for falling in love

(An option; the bones/tone Lines seem more 'expositional', 'explaining' or 'setting up' the concept, than 'summational', getting to the point, the gist of the Song. Your Coda [Outro] simplifies, similarly.)
[Chorus]
You can't blame gravity for falling in love
It’s stronger than the stars above
Falling in love, falling in love
You can’t blame gravity for falling in love

"Falling In Love" Copyright Dec. 6, 2024 by Rob B
(There will be an Introductory Movement to initiate Hook Factor, Hooking listener interest just long enough to have their attention when Verse I starts. In time it may be a matter of seconds. Or, for this Composition, I can imagine the Singer Character starting the Verse with a pensive, introspective tone, analyzing his own/her own feelings, quiet, increasing in emotional urgency as it gets to the Pre-Chorus)
[Verse I]
I don't know how it started. It just felt so right, (Line 1 creates The Singer Character, the pronoun 'I')
a pull I can't deny, a force I can't fight!
Every smile you give, lifts me off the ground, (Line 3 creates The Love Interest Character, the pronoun 'you')
like gravity’s gone! I’m floating all around!

(A Pre-Chorus is a component of the Verse, generally defined by a variation in the Melody, varying from the Melody of previous Lines, often an increase in pitch, suggesting the more emotional urgency to come immediately next in the Chorus, where the Singer Character gets to the Lyrical point of his Story. I use exclamation points to indicate that.)
[Pre-Chorus]
Some things we can't control! They just happen on their own!
When they do you know! You know! You know (This Repetition can be very effective in serving the function of a Pre-Chorus)

[Chorus] (I'm using my simplified Chorus suggestion)
You can't blame gravity for Falling In Love!
It’s stronger than the stars above!
Falling In Love! Falling In Love!
You can’t blame gravity for Falling In Love!

(Verse II might fall back to some of the pensive self-examination suggested for Verse I; not as quiet but some)
[Verse II]
I try to find the words! They slip away so fast! (Deleting 'but' to more closely match the syllable count/Melody of VI Line 1)
This feeling is too deep, and it’s built to last! ('is' instead of contraction, for syll/Mel.)
Every look you give pulls me in even more,
like a secret language that only we adore! (Delete 'that'? Breaks the Line into two phrases)

[Pre-Chorus] (I think Repetition of the Pre-Chorus as first given simplifies, sustains that 'effective' 'You know!')
Some things we can't control! They just happen on their own!
When they do you know, you know, you know

(I wonder if the Singer Character, instead of philosophizing, addressing himself to the 'collective you', might 'own' the Pre-Chorus with the pronoun 'I')
[Pre-Chorus]
Some things I can't control! They just happen on their own!
When they do I know! I know! I know

(Again, collective 'you' versus first-person 'ownership', 'I can't blame...)
[Chorus]
I can't blame gravity for Falling In Love!
It’s stronger than the stars above!
Falling In Love! Falling In Love!
I can’t blame gravity for Falling In Love!

(Simplifying the Bridge, keeping it brief, simply serving the function of breaking the pattern of Repetition and Change with a variant Melody, Rhyme Scheme, Rhythm.)
[Bridge]
It’s not about the words! It’s the rhythm! It's the rhyme!
A mystery we find when our hearts align!
Now that it's found me, I’ll never be the same! (Singer Character 'ownership')

[Chorus]
I can't blame gravity for Falling In Love! (Again, collective 'you' versus first-person 'ownership', 'I can't blame...)
It’s stronger than the stars above!
Falling In Love! Falling In Love!
I can’t blame gravity for Falling In Love!

(The final Musical Passage of a Composition is the Coda. While abbreviating 'Introductory Movement' to 'Intro' is logical, there is no word 'Outroductory Movement'. Would a switch to 'You' from 'I' be appropriate here? Just a thought.)
[Coda]
You can’t blame gravity for Falling In Love!
Falling In Love! Falling In Love! Falling In Love!
Whoa, you can’t blame gravity for Falling In Love!
