I listened start to finish.
My personal impressions , for whatever they are worth;
Nickelback based sound
Niche message
Title is real good.
Lyrics are thoughtful and well written.
Musical-lyrical marriage:
very very good. The music sells the message well. In a manner that seems very straightforward and genuine and sincere. I bought all-in to the singer's pain,uncertainty and regret. (even though 3rd person) The bridge worked well.
Imho...very good production.
A bit scary in that this song is stream-service ready and good...and all produced by a single thoughtful lyricist and a machine.
