Respectfully Speaking,
The problems, now in Baltimore, are an outgrowth of high unemployment among young blacks as much as anything. When "Obama Care" was passed many small business's reduced their workers because they didn't know what the Health Insurance costs would be. The mess in Washington may get a lot worse before it gets better. And, I didn't know anything to speak of about the Clinton's before Bill became President. After a lot of examination I saw that Bill just didn't know which end was up. Both Bill and Hillary are Lawyers and should understand the Constitution. After all they went to excellent schools. So why are they now re-filing their Taxes for the last 5 years? Not good. When the press get's hold of something they seldom let go.Sorry Aaron.
